What the home search form collects
When you send the form, it collects what you choose and type: the historic districts you are interested in, your price range, bedrooms, timing and any note, then your name, phone and email, and whether you ticked the consent box, together with the exact consent wording you agreed to. It also records the page you sent it from, the referring page and any campaign (UTM) tags in the address.
Where it goes
- The form is sent to this site's server, which saves it in a private database (Supabase) and emails it to Joe Janus through Resend, an email delivery service.
- To limit spam, the server keeps a one-way hash of your IP address in memory for a few minutes to count repeated submissions. The address itself is not stored.
Your details are used only to reply to your request. They are not sold or shared for marketing.
Contact by phone, text and email
You are contacted only if you tick the consent box. Consent is not a condition of any purchase. Reply STOP to any text to opt out, or ask Joe to remove your details.
